Admire the stunning stalagtites & stalagmites formed over millions of years and explore inside the cave on-board a boat as well as on foot.

Private DMZ tour from Phong Nha We meet you up from Dong Hoi hotel or railway station and head west to Phong Nha National Park. On arrival at Phong Nha, have lunch break at a local restaurant before taking a boat ride to visit the majestic river cave of Phong Nha. We spend about 50 minute breezy boat ride through the poetric scenery on the either side of Son river before being rowed into the cave for about 1,5 km to view the stunning stalagtites and stalagmites of the cave. We spend about 3 hours for the cave then get back to Phong Nha village for lunch break.Head south to Hue. On the way we would visit the two historic sights of the Vietnam War in the former Demilitarized Zone( DMZ ) - the former border Military Demarcation Line between North and South Vietnam from 1954 to 1972; the Freedom Bridge over the Ben Hai River - the former border crossing between North and South Vietnam. We will visit the DMZ museum and take a walk on this historic bridge. Then, continue to Vinh Moc Tunnels - an underground refuge of the fishing village of Vinh Moc, located above the
DMZ. In early 1965, America began a massive bombing campain against North Vietnam with code name " Rolling Thunder ". The area above the DMZ became the most heavily bombed single piece of land on earth. Unable to live on the ground, the local inhabitants had to dig and move their homes into the ground. Vinh Moc tunnels is the best example of the tunnels system in the DMZ area. We visit the museum then walk into the ground, starting with an entrance on top of the clay cliff and finishing with an exit overlooing a wild beach.
We are due to arrive in Hue at about 7.00pm. End of the trip.
